Post Pregnancy Weight Loss is a tricky thing. I was always overweight though. But after having my child I started heading towards obesity. And before I hit the obesity mark, I had to take the decision of dieting and exercise.
I started aiming 10000 steps every day. Which helps me in burning 250 calories. And apart from walking, I prefer doing Surya Namaskar. 30 Suya namaskars a day help me burn approximately 180 calories.
Along with the calorie burning weight loss regime, I need to see for a low-calorie diet plan too.
I cannot stand with a strict diet. A foodie at heart, I never can go overboard with dieting.
So having a moderate diet and calorie counting has become a habit for the Weight Loss Regime
Dinner time is to be kept bit light on the tummy. I cannot sleep well if I have a tummy full.
So I decided to have a plate full of salad a little before dinner time. Made the basic salad from scratch. The multicolour Cucumber + Tomato + Boiled beetroot salad is full of nutrition.
Light on tummy and great for the weight watchers like me. It’s a great choice for the Vegan Weight watchers.
No need for any tricky recipe. Make slices of cucumbers, tomatoes and the boiled beetroots.
Enjoy the vegan salad little before the dinner time and it will help you feel full.
And for the dinner time I preferred having a Club Sandwich without compromising on my weight loss regime
A simple brown bread sandwich made with Green coriander peanuts chutney.
For the green coriander chutney, you need:
A bunch of clean coriander leaves,
Two-three green chillies,
3-4 garlic cloves,
1 teaspoon cumin seeds,
1 tablespoon raw peanuts,
Salt as per taste,
Water – to grind the chutney.
You need to grind a bunch of coriander with some green chillies, garlic, salt cumin seeds and peanuts. Add some water to bring it to a smooth consistency.
Apply this tempting chutney on the brown bread slices. Cut them into the triangle shapes. Eat and enjoy without any guilt.
A simple light dinner plan is ready for your weight loss regime.
