Quick Recipes – Honey Banana Dry fruit Smoothie
This quick recipe and full of health and nutrition is my all time favourite for a lazy morning.
Amazingly it needs minimal ingredients and still turns out to be great.
1 Ripe banana
handful of dry fruits (2 Cashewnuts, 5-6 raisins, 2 almonds & 4 pistachios – make a powder of all these for a smooth consistency of shake for babies) for adults whole dry fruits can be added.
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup milk
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till it turns out to be a smooth shake.
Pour into a glass, garnish with some chopped dry fruits.
PS: To enhance the taste and benefits you can add Kesar (Saffron) while blending.
For a tangy taste, you can add some fresh yogurt.
