Before buying an activity table, you need to know the importance of activities for babies.

Why is it important to play with your baby?

Playing and interacting with your baby is really very important for its overall development. A child is always attached to the mother even before birth.

Basically, you can do anything that makes you happy. Your happiness is going to be your little one’s happiness, mama. Apart from your own fun acts, you can opt for some of the best activity tables for babies that will help your child to explore some creative ideas.

At what age do babies need stimulation?

Babies are born with some creative skills, but they won’t show it up until 2-3 months of their age. You may see more development by the age of 5 months or so.

Toys are her first friends after her parents. You can offer toys as early as possible. (Make sure that the toys are age-appropriate)

All these toys are going to stimulate your baby’s senses of touch, feel, and understanding. She will start recognizing the sounds around her as early as 3 months. And soon she may start mimicking some of those sounds.

There is no right age to introduce stimulating toys for babies. They will help your little one to become smarter and sharper every day.

Do babies get bored?

Most babies do not get bored really. Just that their attention span is short. You may feel like they are bored. When a baby is surrounded by many people, especially kids of her age or older; she rarely gets bored.

But this era of nuclear families and having a one-child policy, baby can feel a little bored with the same surrounding and no company to play with. It also can happen if it is your first child.

Many of us are working parents, and it makes things really difficult as we cannot give our 100% time to the baby. It is a fact that no toy in this world can replace the parents themselves. A child needs the toys but needs her parents to play along.

Even though babies don’t get bored, you may like to offer them some activities and busy corners so that your little one explores new things that stimulate her learning and exploring skills.

These are all cute tables! When my two year old was younger they helped build her leg muscles because she’d stand and play with them even though she was a late walker .
