My sister is expecting her second child, and these tips are really helpful for her. But I believer morning sickness is something that affects one in every two women.

True, and one can be lucky enough not to face it ever. Though I went through it for a total 9 months

Lemon in my water and sleep helped me so much during my morning sickness. I was lucky that it was mild without me throwing up. It was just really bad nausea and an overwhelming feeling of tiredness. I had a big aversion to strong scents. The worst was sitting in the doctor’s office next to a man with very strong aftershave. I almost threw up!

Ohh I remember those bad days when I could not tolerate any strong smell like aftershave, perfumes and room fresheners, etc. And the daily one was boiling milk. Worst smells ever
