    Some of these foods were certainly unexpected! I do remember a while back women saying the Starbucks “pink drink” helped with milk supply – it has a coconut milk base!

    That’s interesting that you say garlic! That is the only one I hadn’t heard of – but rather, heard the opposite! I read that sometimes baby can have a hard time eating and even reject breast milk if they can smell or taste garlic cuz mama ate some! That is super interesting, I’ll have to look into it more! I haven’t been *avoiding* garlic, but I have been mindful of my consumption 😛 Thanks! 🙂

      Yes, some say that the taste of the milk changes with garlic. But I noticed a huge change in my milk supply after adding garlic to my food. My daughter never rejected the milk except when I had eaten eggplant. So eggplant would be the only thing that I will never recommend for a breastfeeding mom.
